For a grand estate of over 600 square meters, the roof design is critical in defining the building’s character. The “Ash Grey” Shake tile was chosen to achieve a balance between nature and modernity.

• Modern Organic Style: The Shake tile mimics the natural staggered look of traditional wooden shakes. The “Ash Grey” tone provides a contemporary, slate-like appearance that complements the high-end stone and glass elements of the villa. 
• Visual Grandeur: The repetitive, interlocking pattern of the shake tiles adds depth and shadow lines to the expansive roof, preventing a “flat” look and enhancing the three-dimensional grandeur of the 600sqm structure.
