This high end residential project, located in the suburbs of Harare, Zimbabwe, It is currently being developed by one of our African clients. Located in the scenic outskirts of Zimbabwe, the architecture follows a modern minimalist style with clean lines and a grand structural presence.

• Defining the Silhouette: The selection of “Classic Black” Milano tiles provides a strong, defined “crown” for the building. Even before the final exterior finishes are applied, the black roof gives the structure a sense of completion and high-end positioning. 
• Italian Elegance: The Milano profile features soft, rhythmic waves inspired by traditional Italian architecture. This curvature breaks the rigidity of the construction site, adding an immediate touch of elegance to the developing home. 
• Environmental Harmony: The deep black roof stands out against the bright savanna sky, creating a sophisticated look that integrates naturally with the African landscape.

Technical Highlights

Engineered for Zimbabwe’s specific climate—intense UV radiation and alternating dry and wet seasons—Milano stone-coated metal tiles offer exceptional protection during and after construction: 

1. Weather Resistance & UV Protection: The tiles feature high-temperature sintered basalt stone chips that resist intense UV rays, ensuring the color remains vibrant without fading for decades. 
2. Thermal Insulation: The unique multi-layered structure reflects heat radiation, maintaining a cooler interior environment as the project moves toward internal finishing. 
3. Lightweight & High Strength: The lightweight nature of Milano tiles (approx. 5.8-6.0kg/m²) places minimal stress on the newly built structure, ensuring long-term structural integrity. 
4. Reliable Protection: The horizontal interlocking fastening system provides an immediate watertight seal, protecting the interior of the building from seasonal rains during the remaining construction phases.
